TRADITION

Ingredients

400 gr of sour cabbage

Way of doing:   

For in the pot sour cabbage and to cover with boiled water; in another pot, for cut fresh cabbage in ribbons and to cover with water boiled. Boil the pork in small quadrate in the oil, to join dry mushrooms (washed) and to cook until softening, with the sour cabbage. To cut small parts of bacon and mix with cabbage. In the oil of the fry (of the bacon), to fry onion and to gild the wheat flour. After cooking more than two hours, to join everything in a pot and for tomato mass, salt, a pinch of pepper. The more amount of meat has the bigos, more pleasant it is.

MUSIC
